(pdf)   Some interesting summer stuff especially perceptions on accountability and both the ESEA Waivers and Student Success Act as well as the significance of Common Core rumblings in Florida.  Strong majorities of Insiders see the waivers and the Student Success Act as weakening accountability. Insiders see Florida as a linchpin of the PARCC effort and any withdrawal as a significant blow to the consortia.  A lot of commentary along with the survey results.
