The eyes of the nation are elsewhere but education policy moves on in Wisconsin.  Although state courts invalidated parts of Governor Scott Walker’s controversial collective bargaining law, federal courts have upheld it and informed observers in the state expect it will ultimately be upheld.  In addition, Walker says more to come on education – Alan Borsuk takes a look at some of the outstanding issues.
