I notice you failed to link to the edweek review of the Gross and Goldhaber study that found eliminating such policies did not do anything to change the distribution of teachers. I guess EVIDENCE might conflict with your agenda.
If your child is being exposed to bullying, you’re better off taking him out of school before the consequences get worse.. Sure, you can find a high-quality, dynamic k 12 homeschool curriculum
to teach your children from home. I would personally recommend the Complete Curriculum program. I’m using it at the moment and it works for me, but feel free to take a look at it for yourself. Nice Article and Video!
