Preemptive War In Gotham!

Seems this episode has touched off some behind the scenes legislative action that via NYT’s Medina is not behind the scenes anymore…I think they’re going to have to be as careful getting out of this one as they were careless getting in! I don’t see how you sell this once the public learns about it. There are legitimate concerns about using test scores to evaluate teachers that any system must address, but this is an overreaction.
