Every city has someone or a few people who know a lot about education there, who the players are, what the inside stories are, where the bodies are buried, and so forth. In Denver, Alan Gottlieb is one of those people. Officially he’s Vice President for Policy and Business Engagement at Denver’s Public Education and Business Coalition but he’s got his finger on the pulse of what’s going on there eduwise. But he’s also an author and his new novel, Ultimate Excursions, is the number three selling fiction book in Denver says The Denver Post.
