More Catch Than Release?

I’m a pretty big Orvis fan, it’s good clothing and gear: I use the clothes, fish several Orvis rods, the edupooches sleep comfortably on Orvis beds and play with Orvis toys, and I have good friends who have worked with Orvis in different capacities from guiding to management. Still, all that said, I’m not sure this is what lawmakers had in mind with these back-to-school sales tax holidays…
