Always a hot topic, how are charters doing? New Ed Source analysis from California. Answer is, mixed, but certainly nothing like the claims of critics. Interesting finding in here, charters that are part of a network, or CMO, outperform other charters…that seems to be true elsewhere, and points to some policy options around replication, state charter school caps, etc…
