Punchline? She did fine. Didn’t try to “out funny” Stewart, looked good, and came off well, pragmatic and not ideological. But, no home-runs so Sallie Mae, Reading First, etc…still out there in the same way when she left the studio as they were when she walked in. And this was lower-risk than Jeopardy. So overall effect, negligible. But, they should send her out to big-time TV more, would help their case.
