New survey from LA, written-up in the LAT, about the reasons teachers are leaving the classroom, part of a larger study (pdf). Dovetails with some other evidence but at odds with some of the CW. I do think, however, that morale is tied to this larger issue of peers, in the sense that high performers want to be around high performers.
