"their products" vice "public"

My assertion still stands. The edu-reform movement is simply NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

When a study does not strictly endorse the rigid principles of education reform their CEOs are quickly on the attack.

Why is the ambivalance of the public discredited? Why is it seen as an outlier, sketchy, and unreliable?

The answer is easy. Ideologues never accept the opinion of the public.

Apple certainly accepted the ambivalence of the public towards the public. So why is the edu-reform movement so distrustful of the VERY PEOPLE THEY HAVE A MORAL OBLIGATION to serve.

Think about R. Are you an unaccountable out of touch rear handle (not tip of spear) piece of unneeded overhead?
