Connor Williams, winner of the Washington Post’s pundit contest, is all over education these days.  He looks at the what’s good for teachers is always good for kids issue here and looks at the recent TFA data from TN here.

  1. Happy, confident teachers produce effective learning situations. Kids build memories in environments built by teachers. I bet rich schools treat teachers better, on average.

  2. Jeb, citations please. How about with the issue of accountability: is it better for students if we make sure that ineffective teachers, A) are contented, or B) improve or leave?
