When Senator Biden said the other day that a President Obama would be tested within a few months of taking office, was he talking about the teachers’ unions?
The new No Child Left Behind regulations will go live tomorrow at 8AM. The Secretary will be in S.C. to announce them. As opposed to last time, this is a good place to go because S.C. has been trying hard on reform and taking some heat for it.

I had a VERY interesting discussion about the new regulations with the Title I coordinator of a small school district. The administrator basically felt that the regulations were in essence Sound and fury signifying nothing as it wasn’t a change to the Law.
