I&#039;m still confused- your editorial doesn&#039;t say anything about Cleveland. In fact, the most interesting thing about the Cleveland voucher program was that it offered twice as much money to public schools as private schools. Mysteriously, none of the lilly-white suburban school districts surrounding &quot;had space&quot; for inner city kids.

If anything, Cleveland shows that it is not a good idea to keep parental choices confined to the public schools.</description>
