You do realize that the UFT survey was modeled after the NYC learning environment survey, which was an integral part of Klein&#039;s own report card/accountability system. Incidentally, that survey did not contain only one question.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I imagine they did this quite purposefully, to deflect the usual &quot;union surveys have no credibility&quot; criticism. But they probably should have anticipated that even a sample size of 60,000+ and a survey designed after the city&#039;s own would not be enough to satisfy the angry blame-the-union-for everything crowd.</description>
