		<description>I have been reading this blog for several years, and it seems to me that choice and competition have been a major theme.Admittedly the quality if a program is a major concern. Not all programs are equal. Nonetheless it is reasonable to encourage programs even if they are imperfect because they allow escape from the dreary lockstep status quo. It does matter who oppose choice, in Utah or elsewhere. And if Adam Smith symbolizes competition then of course his ideas can help. I think that your gripe is with a red state doing reform. How dare they do what is the  exclusive right of wunderkinder from Cal a,nd NY to do</description>
