Last time I heard was pro school and higher education. When did it become a military issue? I guess, now that we are in need of more minorities joining the line, we can maybe add that military part in to the DREAM act right? After all, if they really want that DREAM they will do anything. If its not school they want to finish, military might be one. I would rather have the military part taken out and just leave it how it was.
